Florida To Hold Special Election For Vacant House Seat

Governor’s Executive Order Number 09-265

Please see the attached Executive Order 09-265, regarding a special election to be held for the vacancy that exists in the United States House of Representatives, House District 19.

Originally, the special general election was inadvertently scheduled during Passover, and out of respect to the Jewish community, the special general election has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 13, 2010.
